Sandy Runkle, MSW, Program Director
Sandy is currently the Director of Programs at Prevent Child Abuse Indiana, a Division of The Villages, and has been since 2000. She has both teaching and training experience, as well as experience working with youth and working in the Child Welfare System. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University, and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University. She has provided over 1,000 trainings in topics related to child abuse prevention and currently serves on the Children’s Policy and Law Initiative Board of Directors, the Children’s Justice Act Task Force, and the State Child Fatality Review Team.
