Activities: Organizes a community-wide Blue Ribbon Campaign during the month of April. Sponsors a poster contest and essay contest on Positive Adult Role Models for school-age children. Provides school classrooms throughout the county with child abuse prevention materials. Presents the Kids on the Block Program in second grade classes. Offers quarterly educational workshops. Holds a candlelight vigil to remember the children who have died of abuse and neglect inIndiana.
