CAPS provides seven programs on an ongoing basis:
• Parenting Classes and Support Groups
• Parent Aide
• Healthy Families
• Supervised Visits
• Building Blocks laboratory Preschool
• Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)
• Child & Family Advocacy Center (CFAC) 

CAPS also serves as the managing partner for a community collaboration focusing on promotion early learning (Families First). 
During the month of April CAPS hosts a public Children’s Service of Hope, and a public education event relating to child abuse prevention. 
A county-wide Lifesaver Campaign has been held since 1983

Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday monthly.
